Welcome to the Totterdown Arts Trail
Join us for the Totterdown Arts Trail, Bristol’s longest running arts trail, now in its 23rd year! This free event is a unique opportunity to explore the vibrant arts scene in Totterdown, Bristol.
For one weekend in November, artists, makers, and creatives open up their homes and studios to showcase their work. Expect to see everything from paintings and sculptures to photography, textiles, and ceramics. Many artists will also be selling their work, so it’s a great chance to pick up some unique Christmas gifts.
Here are just a few of the things you can expect at the Totterdown Arts Trail:
- Pop-up exhibitions in homes, studios, and galleries
- Mulled wine and cider
- Creative activities for the family
- Live performances
- Art for sale

Look out for Doodle Zones all across Totterdown with fun, interactive doodle activities during the Totterdown Arts Trail.
Doodle sheets will be available in our special partner venues as shown on the trail map. Tag your doodles on social media @totterdownarttrail #TATdoodle #letsdoodle or go bold and post your doodle art in your front room windows. We’ll be photographing the ones on display
