I’m a Bristol based potter making functional ware – cups, mugs, bowls, vases, teapots – often inspired by Japanese and Scandinavian ceramics. I throw all my work at the wheel in stoneware and porcelain, and I make from scratch and refine all my own glazes at my workshop in Lawrence Hill. Some of my work is made as part of an ongoing range, other pieces are individual one-off’s. My porcelain work is quite clean and sharp, but I also love making things with grainier textured clays and glazes.
