Lizzie Adsett:

'My work is an expression of my relationship to the natural world, and the ways it comforts, uplifts and grounds me. I photograph landscapes as a way to get to know them; every landscape has something to express and I aim to convey the wonderful and varied forms of beauty I see in them. I also create woven sculptural objects using natural materials, driven by my love of plants and tactility, and inspired by my work as a gardener.'

Mandy Chandler:

Last year Mandy had an exhibition of portraits during the Arts trail at The Smoke box. It was called "Bristol People"and was the result of her going up to random people and asking to paint them. The exhibition was a real mixture of Bristol people. Since then Mandy has been developing her landscape painting which, offers her the opportunity to paint in a looser style. Many of her paintings feature boats and the rugged treeless landscapes of Iceland.

Tin Stanton:

Tin Stanton is an acclaimed artist, Master of Arts, and art tutor/owner of artful weasels in Bristol.

Variety of mediums and topics is a major factor in his work, from his fun realism works, to his powerful climate based collection, many of which have been displayed in prestigious national and international galleries, from the Royal Academy and OXO galleries in London to Paris, Rome and Barcelona.

Tyna:

Tyna is a self taught artist based in Bristol. She is best known for her paintings (acrylic and watercolour) inspired by photos she has taken. Tyna enjoys experimenting with colour, detail and playful angles; currently working on themes concerning animals.

Tyna is also known for her amusing knitted 3d creations such as fast food, fruit or framed knitted artworks.

Brigitta Liegis:

I am of Latvian heritage and am inspired by images from Latvija and east European artists.

Sam Bryan:

Through drawing and printmaking, Sam Bryan explores the joyful, complex bonds we share with urban animals, in particular cats. A central motivation to her work is to reclaim the “cat lady” stereotype.
