Martha Soares is predominantly a crochet artist, creating a playful collection of fun-sized ammonite and boldly coloured, stripy sardine keyrings. She also makes sets of felted crochet coasters, and has recently begun exploring wire jewellery , with a small collection of squiggly-shaped earrings crafted from stainless steel wire and finished with sterling silver hooks.

Inspired by coastal landscapes and the small hidden gems amongst them, Martha's work focuses on finding the little, but often overlooked joys tucked within the wider world around us.
