Independent creative husband-and-wife duo Samuel Hunt Studio x Ubuntu Food are opening the doors to their home and bringing together the things they love most: contemporary art & furniture, music and delicious soul food.

Samuel Hunt is a Bristol-based designer and maker, creating contemporary wooden furniture that explores the relationship between materials, setting and function. Alongside his current furniture work, we’ll be showcasing a selection of Samuel’s personal artwork and archival prototypes from his workshop — offering a glimpse into the ideas, experiments and making processes behind his practice.

Ubuntu Food will be serving fire-cooked food throughout the day, with vinyl spinning in the background and the house and garden becoming a relaxed space to explore Samuel’s work, eat, listen and hang out.

We are exciting to be opening our doors for you to experience how we bring our different creative disciplines together.
