Acapella are proud to have scooped many awards along their journey, including, prestigious Pizza & Pasta association top 6 uk independent pizzeria’s and Tripadvisor’s UK no1 rated independent pizzeria.
They don’t do what they do for awards, they do it because they are passionate and dedicated to the art of creating great pizza.
The dough is proofed for 48 hours. Toppings are sourced from Italy and trusted local suppliers. Many ingredients are cured & roasted on site for maximum freshness and flavour. All of their pizza’s are made using the finest 00 grade flour and Fior Di Latte mozzarella from Milan. Baked in their blisteringly hot ovens using traditional Neapolitan techniques.
They are a small, family run, proudly independent business but they sing out loud.
